Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related fields; an advanced degree is preferred. 9-14 years of experience in admissions, community relations, or CRM, with exposure to educational institutions. Proficiency in using School Management Systems like iSAMS or similar platforms is essential. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Admissions:
  • Set annual admissions targets, track progress, and implement strategies to achieve goals.
  • Respond to all inquiries promptly and manage the end-to-end admissions process efficiently.
  • Plan and execute outreach activities, open houses, and community events to attract prospective families.
  • Communicate the school’s mission, vision, and values to prospective families, fostering trust and engagement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to analyze admissions data, including conversion ratios and marketing effectiveness.
2.Community and Parent Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, addressing concerns and queries promptly.
  • Implement systems to gather and act on parent feedback, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Host parent orientation sessions and support new families in settling into the school environment.
  • Lead initiatives to retain students and address potential retention challenges proactively.
3.Team Leadership and Development:
  • Supervise and mentor the current CRM team member, ensuring alignment with goals and expectations.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to the team members, fostering professional growth and performance improvement.
  • Allocate responsibilities effectively and step in to assist with workload as needed.
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding additional team members if required in the future.
4.Communication and Marketing:
  • Manage all external communication to parents and the community, including newsletters, emails, and updates through the School Management System (iSAMS).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns for admissions and community engagement.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional content, including brochures, calendars, and digital assets.
  • Ensure the school’s social media platforms and website reflect accurate, updated information.
  • Organize branding activities, including expos, open houses, and roadshows, to enhance visibility.
5.Database and Regulatory Management
  • Maintain accurate student records, including academic, health, and co-curricular information.
  • Manage admissions data, class lists, and other key documents within the School Management System (iSAMS).
  • Oversee regulatory compliance, including SATS, UDISE, and FRRO registrations for expat students.
  • Distribute parent logins and manage IDs, car stickers, and other logistical requirements.
6.School Readiness and Onboarding:
  • Ensure the school is ready for each academic year, including preparing student databases and class lists.
  • Manage onboarding communications for new and existing parents.
  • Coordinate onboarding communications for new and existing parents.
  • Plan and execute first-day activities and parent orientation sessions.
7.Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports on admissions progress, feedback trends, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze marketing channel effectiveness, conversion ratios, and student profiles to provide strategic insights.
  • Monitor and report on student exits and Transfer Certificate trends, recommending actions as necessary.
8.Student Welfare and Special Needs:
  • Manage emergencies involving students or staff, ensuring parents are informed promptly.
  • Assist families in transitioning students to schools outside the city, including facilitating exams and documentation.
  • Share critical student information, such as health records, with relevant stakeholders when required.

Surveys

  • Design, distribute, and analyze surveys to gather feedback on school activities and events.
  • Present survey results to the Management Team and Academic Council.

Exit Process

  • Oversee the student exit process, including issuing Transfer Certificates.
  • Facilitate retention meetings to discuss strategies for student retention.

Marketing & Communications Executive

Reporting to: Head – Strategic Initiatives & Communications We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing & Communications Executive to manage our social media channels, website, and communication strategies. This role will be pivotal in enhancing our online presence, engaging our community, and promoting our brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management:
  • Develop, curate, and manage content for Inventure Academy’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Collaborate with other team members to fulfil day-to-day social media requirements.
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions and track engagement metrics.
2. Website Management:
  • Regularly review and update website content to ensure it is current, accurate, and engaging.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to gather information and create content that reflects the school’s activities and achievements.
  • Optimize website performance and user experience.
3. Communications:
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of newsletters and other school communications.
  • Ensure that all communications are aligned with the school’s brand and messaging guidelines.
  • Support various departments in drafting, editing, and disseminating important announcements.
4. SEO Management:
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve the school’s search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content.
  • Monitor SEO performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
5. Reporting, Scorecard, and Data Analysis:
  • Generate regular reports on digital marketing activities, including social media engagement, website traffic, and SEO performance.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the school scorecard, Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to the Head – Strategic Initiatives & Communications to inform strategic decisions.
6. Other Strategic Areas:
  • Participate in strategic projects as assigned, based on skills and interest.
  • Provide input and support for marketing campaigns, events, and other initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media management, website management, and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and scorecard management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Adwords, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, WordPress).

Social Media Coordinator

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing, English Honors, Mass Communication
  • Fresher or 2-3 years of experience in social media management and content writing

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling end-to-end content & creative requirements
  • Developing engaging social media content buckets and strategies. Creating content and videos that are sharp , memorable and effective at driving engagement.
  • Scheduling social media posts and day to day management of social media platforms.
  • Engaging followers and responding to enquiries/comments in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring & analyzing social media trends and latest information.
  • Preparing social media engagement and activities reports.
  • Coordinating with graphic designer and other team members.
  • Planning and participating in events, shoots etc.
  • Working on miscellaneous brand and marketing collaterals.
  • Work Hours : Monday to Friday: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Designated working Saturdays and evenings based on requirements. Required to commute to different campuses/locations for work

Wellbeing Lead Counselor

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology
  • Work Experience of minimum 2 years in school.

Job Summary

  • The Counselor is the “nurturing” hand of the School that takes care of the emotional well-being of students and faculty members.
  • The Counselor for different sections of the school reports to the Lead Counselor.
  • The Counselor for respective sections of the school will furnish a monthly report to the respective Section Head along with the Lead Counselor regarding the progress of all counseling students and/or faculty who are under their care.

Key Responsibilities

  • To help provide a safe and nurturing environment at school for every child to excel holistically.
  • Will observe students in the classroom and other situations to rule out any behavioural or emotional difficulties that a student may have.
  • Will allow students or faculty members to walk in for counseling as and when they feel the need for it.
  • Will provide group therapy and support to students as and when requested or sees the need.
  • Will interface with parents of counseling students at regular intervals to keep them updated on the progress of the child.
  • Will coordinate with class teachers, subject teachers, coordinators and HOS regarding needs of specific counseling students and track their progress.
  • Will plan an annual calendar of age/grade specific awareness sessions and ensure they are conducted in house or by experts where required.
  • Will brief teachers on suitable handling of specific students. If need be, will provide ongoing feedback to the teachers of counseling students.
  • Confidentiality of the information shared by the student to be maintained, unless when the student/faculty is found to be a threat to themselves, school and the environment.
  • Safety of the student is priority, if there is an issue that impacts the immediate safety of the school, child and the teacher then it should be immediately escalated to the respective Counselling Lead, Section Head and the Child Wellbeing Committee.
  • Strictly adhere to the ethical standards of counseling practice. This includes up to date documentation.
  • Will be an active participant and support to the Counseling team members and be a part of new initiatives and programs. To help and address disciplinary concerns.

Job Summary

Maker Space is part of the curriculum for Grades V to VIII, and Design Technology as an optional elective subject is offered at the As level for Grades XI and XII. After Grade VIII, students are encouraged to work on projects of their choice and interest independently, on their own time, and be supported by the Maker Space Team whenever required. The curriculum is designed to explore and develop students’ budding design and engineering capabilities. Students work on projects and constructions under supervision and guidance, and appreciate the fundamentals of design and dynamics. There is a set progressive curriculum from Grades V to VIII, where students first start working with paper and stop-motion, and then cardboard. The curriculum progresses through different types of pliable and non-pliable materials, mechanics and wood and electricity.

Key Responsibilities

The Maker Space is a CoE (Centre of Excellence). Each Maker Space Executive or Assistant works with a specific Grade or set of Grades, such as V and VI, or VII and VIII, or on a specific technology or platform or part of Maker Space. All Maker Space Assistants report to the CoE-Stream Head for Maker Space, who in turn reports to the Head-CoE who represents Maker Space among things, on the Management Team.
